I'm in Proverbs

Proverbs 17:27-18:3

"Whoever restrains his words has knowledge,
and he who has a cool spirit is a man of understanding.

Even a fool who keeps silent is considered wise;
when he closes his lips, he is deemed intelligent.

Whoever isolates himself seeks his own desisre;
he breaks out against all sound judgement.

A fool takes no pleasure in understanding,
but only in expressing his opinion.

When wickedness comes, contempt comes also,
and with dishonor comes disgrace.

It is foolish to belittle one's neighbor;a sensible person keeps quiet. A gossip goes around telling secrets, but those who are trustworthy can keep a secret :)
